AEGEAN AIRLINES will announce key financial and operating figures for the First Quarter of 2012 on Tuesday, 29 May 2012, after the close of the Athens Exchange trading session.

Financial statements will be published in the Greek press on Wednesday, 30 May 2012 and shall be available on the company's website www.aegeanair.com as well as the Athens Exchange website www.athex.gr.
