Purchase of the 100% of the shares of the company under the name Olympic Emporikes kai Touristikes Epicheiriseis SA

Piraeus Bank announces that it agreed with Avis Group today the purchase of the 100% of the shares of the company under the name Olympic Emporikes kai Touristikes Epicheiriseis S.A. and the distinctive title AVIS RENT A CAR for an aggregate consideration of twenty five million five hundred thousand Euro (25.500.000). The said agreement is subject to the approval of the Competition Committee.
