Following its activity in the real estate market of Romania, REDS purchased, via its subsidiary Profit Construct SA, a land plot of 6.000 sq.m. located in the area of Splaiul Unirii in the centre of Bucharest. The plot will be used for the development of an offices & residential complex with an estimated total cost of 45.000.000 euros.
