Purchase of own shares

In effect of the article 4, paragraph 4 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the European Commission, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that according to article 16, Law 2190/1920, and based on the resolution of the Shareholder's Ordinary General Meeting which took place on the 30/06/2010, during the trading session of 03/11/2011, acquired 1,980 own shares through "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A." at a price of 1.99 euro per share worth of 3,940.20 euro and during the trading session of 04/11/2011, acquired 2,060 own shares through "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A." at a price of 1.98 euro per share worth of 4,078.80 euro.
