DIOLKOS S.A. announced today that, in accordance with the relevant decisions of its Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting and its Board of Directors on 23.06.2005 and 12.07.2005, respectively, realized the following own shares buy-back program:

1. On 9.08.2005, the total number of 1,490 shares were purchased, at an acquisition price per share of 1,490*2.03 Euros, i.e. euro3,024.70 via the company EGNATIA FINANCE SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO. S.A.
2. On 10.08.2005, the total number of 19,810 shares were bought, at an acquisition price per share of 19,810*2.06 Euros, i.e. euro40,808.60 via the company EGNATIA FINANCE SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO. S.A.
3. On 11.08.2005, the total number of 5,720 shares were bought, at an acquisition price per share of 5,720*2.06 Euros, i.e. euro11,873.20 via the company EGNATIA FINANCE SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO. S.A.
4. On 12.08.2005, the total number of 5,590 shares were purchased, at an acquisition price per share of 600*2.04 Euros, i.e. euro11,453.50 via the securities company "G.A. PERVANAS SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO. S.A.".
