ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A. announced today that due to the low liquidity noted in the aluminum market, it intends to purchase from October 31, 2005 until November 7, 2005, in excess of 25% of the daily average trading volume. In no case however, the purchases of the company would exceed 50% of the daily trading volume.
