The company announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders decided on 30th.6.2006 according to the art. 16 par.5 of the C.L. 2190/1920 the purchase of up to 2.000.000 own shares, at a minimum price of 0,30 euro and a maximum price of 20 euro per share. The total duration of purchase of own shares is set to twelve months while the Board of Directors was authorized to determine by virtue of its decision the partial periods of purchases.
