By implementation of the provisions of article 16 par. 5 to 14 of L. 2190/1920 and article 290 par. 1 and 2 of the Athens Exchange regulation, S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on June 1, 2006 the Share buy back was firmly approved and intends to make a purchase according to the following terms:
a) buy back of maximum 3,038,177 equity shares (i.e. 10% of shares outstanding)
b) minimum price 1.00 Euro/share
c) maximum price 20.00 Euro/share
d) maximum transaction period: 12 months starting on June 2nd 2006 ending on June 1st 2007.
