The Board of Directors of FOLLI FOLLIE AVEE, announces that in performance of the 10/03/2006 resulution of the General Assembly, intends to buy back own shares during the period as from 14.06.2006 untill 14.08.2006, up to 200.000 shares (0,61% of the total issued shares), starting from Euro 9 up to Euro 30 per share.
