 Purchase of own shares

In effect of the article 4, paragraph 4 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the European Commission, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that according to article 16, Law 2190/1920, and based on the resolutions of the Shareholder's Ordinary General Meeting dated 26/06/2014, during the trading session of 28/11/2014, acquired 1,847 own shares through "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A." at a price of 6.70 euro per share worth of 12,374.90 euro.
