In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On June 8th, 2007 a total of 24.535 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10,053 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 246.657,91.
(2) On June 11th, 2007 a total of 36.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10,011 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 360.396,11.
(3) On June 12th, 2007 a total of 13.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,881 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 128.457,03.
(4) On June 13th, 2007 a total of 3.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,982 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 29.945,74.
The abovementioned 76.535 own shares, of total value Euro 765.456,79 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 10,001 per share.
