In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On July 5th, 2007 a total of 6,257 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.225 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 63,979.76.
(2) On July 11th, 2007 a total of 1,877 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.086 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 18,931.51.
The abovementioned 8,134 own shares, of total value Euro 82,911.27 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 10.193 per share.
