The Company announces that the Ordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders dated 18.04.2007, approved the buy back of own shares by the Company, via ASE and in accordance with the article 16 par.5-7 of Codified Law 2190/1920, as follows:
The maximum number of shares that can be bought back is 7.879.396, that is the 10% of the total existing shares of the Company. The maximum price that the shares will be bought is 35 Euro per share and the minimum price is 10 Euro per share. The aforementioned decision is valid ten days after the latest release of the present announcement, according to the law, and up to 18.04.2008.
