Further to its announcement on 9 February 2007 of the Boards decision of 8 February 2007 regarding the purchase of own shares, and in application of Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003, EUROMEDICA S.A. hereby announces that from 21 March 2007 to 30 March 2007 it has proceeded in the purchase of 26,255 own shares with an average purchase price of 7.936 euro.
