By implementation of the provisions of article 16 par. 5 to 14 of L. 2190/1920 and article 290 par. 5 of the Athens Exchange regulation, S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (S&B), following its announcement on 13/06/2006, announces that the share buy back transaction period ended on June 1st 2007. During the 12-month period, effective from June 2nd 2006 and ending on June 1st 2007, S&B did not buy any shares, and therefore the total number of shares owned by the company remains zero.
