Further to its announcement on 9 February 2007 of the Boards decision of 8 February 2007 regarding the purchase of own shares, and in application of Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003, EUROMEDICA S.A. hereby announces that from 2 April 2007 to 12 April 2007 it has proceeded in the purchase of 1,500 own shares, through the Athens Exchange, with an average purchase price of 7.86 euros.
