In accordance with article 4, par.4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Committee of European Union no 2273/2003, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated Jule 25, 2007 and the Board of Directors' resolution dated Jule 31, 2007, it acquired own shares in accordance with article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, through INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A., as follows:
During the trading session of 7/8/2007, MIG acquired 323,641 own shares at the price of Euro 6.70 per share and the total value of the transaction amounted to Euro 2,168,394.70.
(2) During the trading session of 9/8/2007, MIG acquired 1,868,878 own shares at the average price of Euro 6.698 per share and the total value of the transaction amounted to Euro 12,518,792.66.
(3) During the trading session of 10/8/2007, MIG acquired 4,784,050 own shares at the average price of Euro 6.671 per share and the total value of the transaction amounted to Euro 31,915,969.22.
