In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On June 1st, 2007 a total of 26.945 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10,258 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 276.403,82.
(2) On June 4th, 2007 a total of 31.457 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10,231 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 321.834,38.
(3)On June 5th, 2007 a total of 24.924 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10,189 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 253.948,68.
(4)On June 6th, 2007 a total of 37.932 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10,048 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 381.147,19.
(5)On June 7th, 2007 a total of 23.094 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10,075 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 232.683,29.
The abovementioned 144.352 own shares, of total value Euro 1.466.017,36 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 10,156 per share.
