Hellenic Exchanges Holding S.A. announces that it has proceeded with the purchase of the property on which the new building complex, that will house the services of the HELEX Group, will be built.

The property on 108-110 Athinon Avenue has a total area of 7,900.97 square meters and was purchased for ? 17,400,000.

The purchase of the property is the first step towards the materialisation of the project of the Financial Centre's construction and constitutes the company's commitment for the use of the capital raised from HELEX's listing in the Athens Stock Exchange. The Group's personnel are currently based in more than 17 different buildings in Attica. The concentration of Group personnel and services is estimated to produce significant benefits, regarding the effort to reduce financial expenses of the companies, but also regarding the effort to improve their efficiency.
