On Thursday, 2 February 2006, DIONIC S.A. signed a contract with the company L.VARAGIS S.A.on the purchase of a plot encompassing a total area of 18,576 m2 in the region of Avlona, Attica on the Athens - Lamia National Road The said plot includes building installations of 3,373 m2 in Avlona, Attica.

The total cost amounted to EUR 2.5 million approximately ( taxes, notarial and other expenses included), while the financing emanated from the working capital of the company.

The existing building installations on the real estate are expected to be developed immediately for the operation of a logistics center, which will serve the distribution needs of the sectors of traditional game, infantile items and stationary goods.

Simultaneously the planning for the construction of new building installations will begin, which are expected to constitute the base for the future growth of the activities DIONIC Group.
