Following the announcements of the Athens Exchange regarding the continuous submission and evaluation of the particulars regarding the incorporation of listed companies in the table of qualitative criteria (see Press Release on 27.06.2002 on the site www.ase.gr), the Athens Exchange proceeds to the release of the new table, as formed following the addition of new companies that materialized the corporate criteria, as provided.

The total number of companies that proceeded to qualitative actions is presented in the following table:

The Athens Exchange draws the attention to the fact that the above table is not intended as a solicitation, suggestion or proposal for any investment in securities of companies included in the table now or in the future and constitutes no categorization of securities of any kind. The financial results of the companies are not taken into consideration in the drawing up of the table notwithstanding the following grounds on which companies may be removed from the table.
