GEK TERNA SA informs the Investors that following the relevant decision of the Ordinary General Assembly held on June 23, 2011 and the decision with approval Nr K2-5855/8-7-2011 of the Min. of Development, Competitiveness and Shipping, for the election of more than one Vice Chairman, the Board of Directors of the company was re-constituted into Body at the meeting held on July 20,2011 and elected two extra  Vice Chairmen, from its members, Mr Michail Gourzis and Mr. Angelos Benopoulos. All other powers delegated remain as currently in force.
