Refinancing at ELLAKTOR and AKTOR Concessions completed

ELLAKTOR S.A. announces that the refinancing at ELLAKTOR SA and AKTOR Concessions SA was concluded on 23/12/2013 with the drawdown of the two bond loans of €227,500,000.00 and €170,000,000 respectively. With the completion of the refinancing the Group is securing its long term funding.
