AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. (the Company) announces that, in compliance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Law 3340/2005, Mr. Theodore Vassilakis, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, transferred 20,876,240 common registered shares of the Company of total value Euro 104.381.200 on 23/12/2013 to the Luxembourg based EU company EVERTRANS S.A, which is controlled by him.

As a result of the aforementioned transaction, EVERTRANS S.A. stake in the company increased from 0 (prior to 23/12/2013) to 29.23% of the company's shares and voting rights (corresponding to 20,876,240 shares and voting rights).

The total direct and indirect stake of Mr. Theodore Vassilakis in AEGEAN AIRLINES does not change as a result of this transaction and stands at 39.73% of the company's shares and voting rights, controlled as follows:

a) 29.23% (corresponding to 20.876.240 shares and voting rights) is held indirectly through EVERTRANS S.A. and

b) 10.5% (corresponding to 7.499.282 shares and voting rights) is held indirectly through AUTOHELLAS A.T.E.E., which is controlled by Mr. Theodore Vassilakis.
