AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. (the Company) announces, that in compliance with L. 3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, the following notifications were received from its shareholders:

1. Autohellas, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Theodore Vassilakis (Chairman of the Company's BoD), Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis (Vice Chairman of the Company's BoD) and Mr. George Vassilakis (non-executive member of the Company's BoD), purchased 651,579 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 4,717,431.96 on 30/04/2014.

2. Mr. Christos Ioannou, non-executive member of the Company's BoD, sold 117,000 shares of the Company of total value Euro 847,080 on 30/04/2014.

.3. Mr. Achilleas Constantakopoulos, non-executive member of the Company's BoD sold 414,579 shares of the Company of total value Euro 3,001,551.96 on 30/04/2014.

4. Alnesco Enterprises, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Panagiotis Laskaridis, non-executive member of the Company's BoD, purchased 234,000 shares of the Company of total value Euro 1,694,160 on 30/04/2014.

5. Siana Enterprises, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Athanasios Laskaridis, purchased 234,000 shares of the Company of total value Euro 1,694,160 on 30/04/2014.
