The company under the name “Loulis Food Ingredients S.A.” (GEMI No. 50675444000), in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, hereby informs the investing public of the following:

a) Mr. Nikolaos Loulis, son of Konstantinos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (a person obliged to notify transactions pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation 596/2014), has notified the Company that on June 17, 2025, he executed an over-the-counter transaction in the form of a donation, transferring 100,000 common voting shares of the Company to his spouse, Mrs. Despoina Sakellariou Loulis, daughter of Michail, at a price of euro 3.45 per share with a total transaction value of euro 345,000 .

b) Mrs. Despoina Sakellariou Loulis, daughter of Michail (a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities), has notified the Company that on June 17, 2025, she acquired, by means of donation through an over-the-counter transaction from her spouse, Mr. Nikolaos Loulis, son of Konstantinos, 100,000 common voting shares of the Company at a price of euro 3.45 per share with a total transaction value of euro 345,000.
