Release Date of Sarantis Group Financial Results for FY 2014

Sarantis Group will release the FY 2014 consolidated financial results, according to the following schedule:

-  Wednesday March  18^th 2015 after ASE closing – Results Release, which will be available in the Athens Stock Exchange web page (www.helex.gr) and the Gr. Sarantis S.A. web page (www.sarantis.gr). The Press Release will be sent out to the Media and the Analyst Release to the broader Greek and foreign investment community.

- Thursday March 19^th 2015 at 17:00 – Update of the company's shareholders and analysts via telephone conference.
