2) Bought on 09.08.2011, 97 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 86,478.00

3) Sold on 09.08.2011, 4,356 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 38,855.52

4) Sold on 09.08.2011 47 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 42,808.00

5) Bought on 09.08.2011, 18,962 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 173,364.34

6) Sold on 09.08.2011, 43,568 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 390,085.34

7) Bought on 09.08.2011, 2,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 18,349.40

8) Sold on 09.08.2011, 2,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 18,491.59

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
