2) Bought on 08.08.2011, 54 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 51,119.00

3) Bought on 08.08.2011, 6,566 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 61,380.92

4) Sold on 08.08.2011 50 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 47,021.00

5) Sold on 08.08.2011, 6,566 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 61,312.95

6) Sold on 08.08.2011, 22,464 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 211,130.02

7) Bought on 08.08.2011, 22,437 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 209,988.40

8) Sold on 08.08.2011, 2,572 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 24,585.60.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
