RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION OF LAW 3556/2007

OPAP S.A. announces, that pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3340/2005, as well as the Capital Market Commission’s decisions 3/347/12.7.2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007, Eurobank EFG Equities S.A, notified OPAP S.A. on 25.07.2011, that:

1) Sold on 22.07.2011, 3,717 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 42,494.34

2) Bought on 22.07.2011, 11 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 12,732.00

3) Bought on 22.07.2011, 9,164 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 103,927.96

4) Sold on 22.07.2011, 9,164 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 104,456.26

5) Bought on 22.07.2011, 2,010 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 23,456.70

6) Sold on 22.07.2011, 2,010 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 23,487.99

7) Bought on 22.07.2011, 3,918 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 45,514.37.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
