3) Bought on 12.08.2011, 4,719 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 45,605.49

4) Sold on 12.08.2011 8 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 7,678.00

5) Sold on 12.08.2011, 8,750 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 84,420.36

Eurobank EFG Equities S.A., also notified OPAP S.A., on 17.08.2011 that:

6) Sold on 16.08.2011, 1,300 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 12,870.00

7) Bought on 16.08.2011 12 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 11,725.00

8) Sold on 16.08.2011, 2,815 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 27,587.86

9) Bought on 16.08.2011 25 stock reverse repos of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 24,250.00

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
