1) Bought on 14.09.2011, 820 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 6,539.94

2) Bought on 14.09.2011, 54 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 29,281.00

3) Sold on 14.09.2011, 820 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 6,158.20

4) Bought on 14.09.2011, 5 lending share contracts via RA of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 3,825.00

5) Bought on 14.09.2011, 21.123 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 159,451.73

6) Sold on 14.09.2011, 149 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 111,364.00

7) Sold on 14.09.2011, 17.252 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 131,352.97

8) Sold on 14.09.2011, 100 lending share contracts via RA of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 76,500.00.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
