1) Bought on 10.01.2012, 10,679 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 67,232.52

2) Sold on 10.01.2012, 10,679 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 67,478.44

3) Bought on 10.01.2012, 10,471 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 65,883.00

4) Sold on 10.01.2012, 1,636 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 10,235.64

5) Sold on 10.01.2012, 202 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 1,262.50.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
