2) Bought on 13.12.2011, 4 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 2,699.00

3) Sold on 13.12.2011, 5,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 33,400.00

4) Sold on 13.12.2011, 14 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 9,432.00

5) Bought on 13.12.2011, 3,656 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 24,469.03

6) Sold on 13.12.2011, 1,332 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 8,911.08.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
