1) Bought on 10.10.2011, 17,286 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 114,239.94

2) Bought on 10.10.2011, 17 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 11,464.00

3) Sold on 10.10.2011, 17,286 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 114,599.52

4) Sold on 10.10.2011, 5 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 3,465.00

5) Bought on 10.10.2011, 1,803 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 11,969.50

6) Sold on 10.10.2011, 200 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 1,364.00

7) Bought on 10.10.2011, 2,597 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 16,001.17

8) Sold on 10.10.2011, 27.250 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 187,832.50.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
