3) Sold on 13.10.2011, 18,955 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 144,827.69

4) Sold on 13.10.2011, 10 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 7,625.00

5) Bought on 13.10.2011, 10,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 77,000.00

6) Sold on 14.10.2011, 10,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 76,200.00

7) Bought on 14.10.2011, 11 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 8,302.00

8) Bought on 14.10.2011, 1,308 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 10,124.60

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
