3) Sold on 30.09.2011, 10,500 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 80,973.46

4) Sold on 30.09.2011, 21 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 15,610.00

5) Bought on 30.09.2011, 3,849 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 29,812.28

6) Sold on 30.09.2011, 1,407 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 11,049.50

7) Bought on 30.09.2011, 1,942 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 15,117.02

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
