1) Bought on 14.11.2011, 2,900 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 19,455.00

2) Sold on 14.11.2011, 16 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 10,740.00

3) Sold on 14.11.2011, 13,307 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 90,186.51

4) Sold on 14.11.2011, 73 Lending Shares Contracts via RA of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 49,348.00

5) Bought on 14.11.2011, 21 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of euros 14,186.00.

The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
