RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION OF LAW 3556/2007 (Negotiations Committee)

OPAP’s BoD in its September 14th, 2011 session decided the formation of:

a)A Negotiations Committee for a 10-year (2021-2030) extension of the current exclusive license granted to OPAP according to L. 2843/2000

b)An Evaluation Committee to assess the Hellenic Republic’s (HR) proposal value for the right to operate 35,000 VLTs.

Both Committees will be composed of Mr. Ioannis Spanoudakis, Chairman & CEO, Mr. Dimosthenis Arhontidis, Non-Executive BoD Member and Mr. Georgios Ganotis, Executive BoD Member.
