The fiscal year 2005 (01/07/2004-30/06/2005) closed with a significant increase of turnover and profits (twofold for a second year in a row) for RAINBOW S.A, according to the first projections of the management. More specifically, the turnover of the company is expected to exceed 39.9%, while the rate of increase of the net profits of the company for the twelve-month period (01/07/2004-30/06/2005) is forecasted that it will surpass 102%, compared to 2004. Also, the net pre-tax results for the fiscal period that closed on 30/06/2005 (01/07/2004 - 30/06/2005) are appreciated that will amount to ?611,000 approximately compared to ?301,273 in the same period in 2004, while the turnover is estimated to reach ?9,446,000. The consolidted results of the Group are expected to move in a similar fashion, as the rate of increase of profits is expected to be more than 115%, while that of the turnover to reach 38.8%, in relation to 2004. The detailed figures of the balance-sheet and the consolidated balance-sheet of the company for the twelve-month period in 2005 (01/07/2004-30/06/2005) will be published according to the provisions stipulated in P.D. 360/1985, the Decision no.58/2000 of the ATHEX BoD and Regulation no. 1/319/9-12-04 of the HCMC.
