The Company Hellenic Duty Free Shops S.A. announces that during its Board meeting on 21.02.2006 Mr. Nikolaos Manasis was elected as an executive Member until the end of the current BoD ?s duration, namely until June 19, 2008, in replacement of the resigned Deputy Managing Director ? executive BoD Member Mr. Dimitri Kyriacopoulos.
