Replacement of a Member of the Audit Committee of the Company

29 January 2010 - The Board of Directors of HELEX, at its meeting on 28.1.2010, appointed as a new member of the Audit Committee Mrs. Adamantini Lazari, a non-executive member of the Board of Directors. Mrs. Lazari replaces Mr. Vasilios Drougas. Furthermore, the Board, at that same meeting also appointed Mr. Nikolaos Milonas as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Thus, the composition of the Audit Committee of the Company is as follows:

· Mr. Nikolaos Milonas - Chairman

· Mr. Ulysses Kyriakopoulos - Member

· Mrs. Adamantini Lazari - Member
