19 November 2001 - The Board of Directors accepted the resignation of one of its members Mr. Giorgos Zanias, due to the fact that he is assuming his duties as General Secretary in the Ministry of Finance. In his place the Board of Directors elected Mr. Gikas Manalis, General Manager of the Company.
