In response to the ASE letter, dated 07/03/2007, according to which we are asked to comment on various press articles we hereby inform the authorities and the investors the following:
The company announces that for all our intentions or future plans we make official statements to the Athens Stock Exchange Authorities, the investors and the public as required by the relevant law.
Information regarding our intentions, which have been published in the printed and electronic press and is not included in the official statements of the company, is denied unambiguously and they should not be taken into consideration by the interested parties.
