In response to your letter dated January 26th 2006 regarding comments in an article of the newspaper Ιmerisia (26/01/2006) titled "Entry of a strategic investor in HDFS", that refers to scenarios for the entry of a strategic investor in the Company HDFS, in which GERMANOS S.A. is a main shareholder, and specifically as regards to the alleged interest expressed by the referred to strategic investor (BC partners), we inform you that there has been no approach nor any expression of interest from the aforementioned company (BC Partners).
