Regarding a recent publication, made by a part of the financial press, reporting, on the one hand " with regard to reframing into the Group's companies and, more specifically, the absorption of ETEM, S.A. by ELVAL, S.A." and, on the other hand, "about the likelihood of the participation of a foreign strategic investor in the Group's companies, as well as in the parent company", we would like to inform the investors that, no decision, discussion, or negotiation has been made, concerning all the above men tioned matters.
