On the contrary, as a permanent policy and law obligation, the B.O.D. announces all its decisions immediately to the Investment Community and the Supervisory Authorities.
As far as the subjects mentioned in the published articles, about selling specific real estate assets of the group and return of share capital to shareholders, we advise you that for the specific subjects there are no discussions and consequently no decisions by the B.O.D.
