Following a question from the ATHEX, with regards to publications of the press regarding "problems (and) in Poland" and in accordance with the art.281 & 285 of the ATHEX's Regulation, the Company answers the following:
Our subsidiary Pollot Ltd cooperates with the state owned organization Polski Monopol Loteryiny (PML) for the sale and distribution of instant lottery tickets on the basis of a relative contract as from November 2002 and it executes in full its contractual obligations towards PML. In this framework there has been no notification to our side for a relative application for recourse to arbitration. Ιn any case the income of our group from the cooperation with PML represents only 1% of our income from Poland whereas the remaining 99% comes from our subsidiary Totolotek that is the major and most important operator of fixed odds betting in the country.
