In accordance to the ATHEX regulation articles 281 and 285 and the article 2 par. 3 of the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no. 3/347/12.7.2005 and in reply to the 18.10.2006 letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (ref. no. 4582), Euromedica S.A informs the public that the 40% participation of Euromedica SA in EUROGENETICA SA will be accomplished with an increase of Euro 150.000 in EUROGENETICA S.A share capital and with the already agreed purchase of EUROGENETICA SA stocks, of a total amount Euro 160.000.
