In reply to the letter of the Capital Market Commission of 9th July, 2007 and the article referred to therein, which was already the subject of a forthcoming comment, Attica Holdings S.A. categorically denies, as far as it is concerned, the validity of that article and it also states that its shareholder, Mr. Pericles Panagopulos, has not apprised it of any private business plans he may entertain, which are the subject of the said article.
